Delivery Schedule & Lead Time Policy

Please note that rose arrangements and certain premium floral designs require a minimum preparation time.

  • Rose arrangements are not available for same-day or next-day delivery

  • A minimum 2-day advance order is required for these items

  • Customers are advised to place orders early to avoid delays

We do not offer same-day delivery for any flower products.

Next-day delivery is available only if the order is placed before 14:00 Japan Time, and may not be available for certain remote or restricted regions.

Non-Delivery Areas for Next-Day Service

Next-day delivery is not available in the following regions:

  • Fukuoka

  • Hokkaido

  • Saga

  • Nagasaki

  • Kumamoto

  • Oita

  • Miyazaki

  • Kagoshima

  • Okinawa

  • Remote islands and rural areas

Sunday & Holiday Delivery Policy

  • No standard delivery service is available on Sundays

  • Sunday delivery is only possible if the order is placed at least 2 days in advance

  • National holidays in Japan may affect delivery schedules

  • If a holiday falls on Sunday, the following Monday may be treated as a holiday

  • Consecutive holidays and weekday gaps between holidays may also impact delivery timelines

Recipient Availability & Rescheduling

If the recipient is not available at the delivery address:

  • A delivery notice will be left

  • The recipient may reschedule the delivery at their convenience

  • If no contact is made within 2 days, the order may be marked as completed

  • Orders that are undeliverable due to recipient unavailability are non-refundable

  • We deliver only within Japan

  • International delivery is not available

  • Deliveries to APO/FPO or military base addresses are not supported
