Refund and Return Policy

However, due to the perishable nature of our products, certain terms apply to cancellations, refunds, and replacements.

Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the timing of your cancellation request:

  • If the order is canceled 5 days before the delivery date, a full refund will be issued after deducting a service charge of US$15 or 10% of the total payment (whichever is higher)

  • If the order is canceled 3 days before the delivery date, a 50% refund of the total amount will be provided

  • If the order is canceled less than 3 days before the delivery date, no refund will be issued

These policies are in place due to the preparation and handling requirements of fresh and perishable items.

Return & Replacement Policy

We strive to ensure every order meets your expectations. However, if there is a valid issue, we offer replacement options under specific conditions.

Eligible for Replacement:

  • Faulty or defective items

  • Items damaged during transit

  • Incorrect or significantly unsatisfactory products (with valid reason and proof)

Replacement Conditions

  • Customers must report issues within 24 hours of delivery

  • In some cases, the item may need to be returned in its original delivered condition within 3 working days

  • Approved cases will be replaced with the same or equivalent product only

  • Items cannot be exchanged for different products
